If you were lucky enough to get a ticket for our September class, we are using the Powertex UK Square Plaques, which are a favourite of mine for mixed media projects.

I’m really excited about the September class as it uses the 3D Plaques which are exclusive to Powertex UK. This is a great basis for mixed media projects.

In the first part of the class, we are going to be looking at using recycled materials, MDF and Powertex products to build the base. We’re going to be looking at how to balance design and make elements flow.

The second part of the project is about having fun with Acrylic Inks to add colour and shine to the centre piece.

We have a wide range of focal points, including fantasy, music, flowers, animals and birds which you will get to choose just before the event.
