June’s Powertex in the Pub class shows how easy it is to add layers to Powertex project

Although this class is billed as a door sign class, it’s more about adding lots of texture to a 2D shape.

One of the secrets of Powertex is adding lots of layers of texture, our June class introduces some of the amazing Powertex products which are designed to add layers.

We will be looking at EasyStructure, a thick modelling paste, which can be applied freehand or through  a stencil and having fun with sand and Powertex 3D balls. The sand and small balls also help give a project a 3D feel.

We will also be adding lace, MDF and metal embellishments to really personalise your project.

If you don’t want to make a number plate, you can make one for the indoors as we will have letters available as well as numbers or just come and make a decorative plaque. Lots of shapes available!
