I am working on a year-long project with Powertex where I am making a metre high Santa Gonk for Christmas.

Throughout the year as I work on my Honk, I will be sharing some hints and tips to help you develop your own skills.

One of the very few surfaces powertex won’t stick to is plastic but there are ways around that. The quickest and easiest way to do this is add some Masking Tape to the surface.

You don’t need to completely cover the item but you need  enough for the powertex covered material to “grab” onto.
