This year Powertex UK launched its first Luxury Advent Calendar, packed with 24 days of goodies. One of my favourite products in yesterday’s box with 3D Stones and Sand, so what will Day 8 bring us?

We have one of the things that Powertex is known for – a Plaster of Paris embellishment and one is a cherub with wings

One of the first products I bought from Powertex UK was some of their Plaster of Paris embellishments, it was hearts and fairy doors. Plaster of Paris works very well with Powertex as the Powertex soaks into the shape without loosing any of the details.

These days, although I still buy some of my bigger Plaster of Paris shapes from Powertex, I make a lot of own shapes myself from the range of silicone moulds that I have collected over the last couple of years. This allows me to offer a lot of different shapes for you to use to personalise your projects when you come for classes.
