In our Summer mini series of mini works of art, I play with Stone Art and Bisters.

One of the lovely things about mini works of art is the chance to play and I am trying to play more Powertex products.

As my hint and tips column this month is embossing folders, this is where I started, it’s a great way to add texture but still leave a flat surface for embellishments, in this case snip Art.

On the other side of the tag, I added a layer of stone Art which I coloured with bister. My current favourite bister colour combination is red and yellow.

Once the bister dried, dried the whole surface with Bronze gold pigments, to bring the project together.
