Did you know that Powertex UK do A monthly subscription box? The January box has blue Powertex and a bird theme. I fell in love with the rice paper and I knew I wanted to use it as a background to a Finnabair Clock Frame.

The birds, branches and bird house MDF shapes are from the kit as are the gems.

I like to play with the texture of Powertex and I mixed blue and ivory powertex by sponging it on.

The wood shreds are recycled from some packaging last year. I knew if I kept it, that it would come in handy.

The flowers are made out of t-shirt material and the leaves are die cut from Bazzill cardstock before I painted both sides with powertex and shaping with the side of a plastic spatula.
