And just when you thought that there were no more new products, we get some 3D Rocks.

We’ve seen a lot of products which add texture to products. So let’s look at why this is important.

When building projects with different mediums and materials, you want to build up texture.

I start with pastes, sometimes mixed with sand and added freehand or spread through stencils.

I then add flat materials, such as corrugated or embossed card, or shapes cut from card before finishing with larger, bulky embellishments. It’s in this third step that I would use 3D rocks

To add the 3D rocks to project, add a drop of Powertex to a shallow pot and mix the rocks into powertex until covered and then place onto your project.  You need to leave it alone until the Powertex is dried.
